1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Account details such as name, email address, password hash, session and security data.
• Subscription and billing status received from Stripe, without storing full card details in MeteoX.
• Simulation activity, drafts, strategy settings, followed public trader profiles and read-only public wallet references.
• Brain questions, generated answers, audio preferences and technical usage data.
• Cookie-consent choices and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Purposes

We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, operate simulations, answer Brain questions, generate optional voice answers, manage subscriptions, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Service providers

Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS). AI and voice providers: OpenAI and ElevenLabs. Analytics: No optional analytics provider is active unless the user enables optional analytics and a provider is connected.. Payment processing may use Stripe. Transactional email may use Resend. Service-provider details may change as the product evolves.

5. Public wallet references and Polymarket data

Wallet Monitor is read only. Users may add public wallet references for research. MeteoX does not request wallet private keys or trading credentials for the simulation service. Public Polymarket information may be used only for simulation research and display.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the stated purposes, account administration, security, legal obligations and dispute handling. We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for cross-border transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request information about their personal data, correction, deletion or other available rights by contacting support@meteox.trade.

9. Cookies

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Google Analytics uses Consent Mode and only activates analytics storage after optional analytics consent. Contentsquare/Hotjar experience recording remains off unless enabled in Cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy.
